4 pin to 5 pin 3 phase plug

I currently have a welder that has a 4 pin plug, the socket on the wall is 5 pin,

Can I simply just swap my plug for a 5 pin plug as it wont use the extra neutral anyway ?

Yea that will be fine, still set up exactly the same just need the neutral pin to fit the socket

All of our equipment at work is wired like that as none of our equipment uses neutral. We even buy 4-wire leads especially to make them less likely to be borrowed.
