4 inch pipe bender

Hi guys I need to bend some 4 inch heavy walled steel, pipes.
I have a way of bending them but it isn't a very exact way of working.
All the Chinese type benders wouldn't be able to do this sized pipe.
Had anyone made there own one or has a cheap enough source for a bender this size

It might not be a one off long term and no one local can do them.
Don't mind throwing some heat on the pipe

Try Angle ring.

Or if you’re nearer to Essex you could try JMR Section Benders though I’m not sure if they do 4”.

For that size pipe if it’s heavy wall like you say it needs a hydraulic bender.

Looks to have lots of formers, only used one to work 3" pipe that took lots of work, a two man job one to pump one to hold pipe in alignment.

Thats a Tubella bender. V good quality. Price is about rite. Even more so since it has a 4" die. That could well set you back £600

They don't come up too often I just happened to search as the OP was asking, to be honest, if I wasn't stone broke at the moment it the sort of thing I would be very tempter with myself, very useful bit of kit to have. As you say the bigger dies are crazy money.

I paid £650 for mine with every die they do
