3d Printing assistance 30 and 40 taper

So I have picked up a set of Lista Tool drawers and it has a nice draw full of 40 taper inserts.
Only issue is I use 30 taper tooling.
I wonder if anyone has already come across this issue before and produced a plastic sleeve that could be inserted into the 40 holders ?

A photo of what you have would help.

Where does the 40 taper sit relative to its gauge line?

Some dimensions of what you have and what you require would also help.

There might be some possibility of using thick wall (pumping main) ABS pipe* and turning an adaptor.

As the items are likely quite shallow, perhaps manually cutting or CNC routing them out of sheet could be an option as solid bar would be costly.

As Lista are a big brand name, is there anything in their literature that shows one or both of the inserts (https://www.lista.com/en/services/downloads.html)?

* or perhaps a fitting, e.g. 50 to 40 reducer.

I think a short collar in the top of the 40 taper should suffice...
