3d printer model

has anyone got an stl file for a 3d printer model ??
guy at work is retiring, and we are getting him a printer, but it may not turn up in time
i have said i will print something we can wrap up.
but cant find one, or not searching correctly....
anyone got anything before i knock one up on fusion ?
