3D print request - Black PETG vents

These dash vents are too large for the build area on my current 3D printer. This is the largest part - 1no of it + one smaller one similar. (Two parts total to print - image below is the largest one inc dims)

Would need it in black PETG to be able to cope with heat. It is dashboard heater vent for my 1989 merc cossie.



I have the .STL file I can share. Would like it in one part with good finish so need a printer capable of that size. I may still spray it anyway but prep would be easier if the print is good to start with.

If any member is willing to print it let me know here and I can send you the .stl file. Ill pay for it of course and pay good. Would need posting also to NI or I can arrange RM etc to collect at your address if more convenient.

Having said that, looks like a fantastically tricky print as is. Have you considered breaking it into component parts and optimising for FDM? Superglue works very well on PETG.

Ive used super glue on loads of PLA and PETG parts and had no issues , Also printed out glue sticks of the material im using and used it in my glue gun to re-inforce areas
