32 amp single phase supply from 3x20amp 3 phase?

If that question was directed at me, cartridge for that circuit. I need to rewire the whole sheebang in that area.

Edit: It has popped a couple of times, but not for a hefty load. Did do it for the saw once, but also popped when I turned on the welder, which I do several times a day

For the cost of a couple of 3kva second hand yellow bricks, and a little wiring, why not give it a go ?
Then there is no overloading of the mains, the load is spread across the three phases. A cheap option, just to run one machine.

That is the EDF main differential ( and sealed) It may have cartridge fuses upstream or not. Most modern installations don't.

Nope. It is a 500ma differential, but the supply amp rating is settable, if you can get passed the seals. The OP's is set to 20amps/phase. All you have to do is pull off the cover, undo a couple of screws and replace a plate in a different position. When you put the cover back on, it will show the new amp rating in the window. Ours goes from 30 to 60. 1~
On your distribution board ( consumer unit?) there will be 30ma diffs controlling each sector, if it is relatively recent. Our rather older system has the main diff feeding a board with a big row of fuses. Since I have three sub distribution boards now with RCBs, it is about time I changed the big board with the fuse set up for one with RCBs. Remember, no ring mains here, it is all spur, with lots of seperate circuits. Also, they don't mind one doing the wiring oneself, no need to hire a qualified spark (quite a few seem to be colour blind, from what I find....)

BTW, I am not suggesting the OP meddles with seals. I used to a bit when I lived in S. Iberia. I knew a few of the blokes in the local elec co. So could have talked them out of a problem in the very rare situation that someone noticed. Here they are much more 'by the book'.
