No. That's a 'mixed gas' used in the brewery trade. The purpose of a shielding gas with MIG is to keep Nitrogen & Oxygen out of the weld, & you'd be putting it in with that stuff... the weld would just fall apart.
The cylinder itself is good if you can get it filled anywhere with the correct stuff (95% Argon,3% CO2,2% Oxygen).

Nitrogen does nasty things to the weld, its worse than oxygen.. get the proper bottles, it welds much nicer

Worth getting the proper gas, particularly if you are new to welding (assume you are?). Makes learning so much easier.

Ideal if you have a barrell of lager in the garage though


For the above reasons.

You may be able to get it exchanged for some co2 though.
Although, you will be better off using argon/co2 mix
