30 amp breaker

Hi

I have a 30 Amp Breaker that goes to my workshop and i have a 3 phase table saw running off it, if it works out that i have to purchase a Tig instaed of a mig because i want to use it for mainly ally, will it be ok to run a spur off that in the workshop and use that for the tig as they won't both be running at the same time,, or will i have to set-up and use a sepearate connection for it.

If your supply is 3ph and your going to run a 3ph welder and it won't draw above 30A then put a socket on the end of the cable and fit a 3ph plug to the saw and the welder.

No spur needed and you definitely won't be able to run them both at the same time

Yeah just get a TIg that's compatible, make sure which 3ph it supplys, 3 live and 1 neutral or just 3 live...

You should be able to pick up a 3ph AC/DC TIG for a reasonable price
