3/4" bore 2-2.5" OD B section vee pulley

I'm currently trying to locate a supplier of a 3/4" bore (preferably with key way) B section vee pulley (17wide x 11mm deep), ideally in cast iron but aluminium if all else fails.
Tried the the usual suspects EBay, Internet search. Had a few hits on companies in the good old US of A but the postage is often twice the pulley price.
Any suggestions gratefully received, a UK company that does mail order on such an item would exactly fit the bill.

I use a fair few belts and pulleys and tend to use bearing boys, looking on their webbsite the smalles b section as a blank looks to be 71mmOD

this will need boring & broaching for key.

Looking at the size you want it may be a one off

What outside diameter?

Google "3/4 inch taperlock" this will get you the centre bush to fit a 3/4 inch shaft, for example 1108-3/4. Then select the correct pulley to fit the 1108 bush. You'll have to dig around a bit to get a match, and some suppliers' websites are better than others!

These are cast iron, I've used them a few times and they're brilliant. They have a keyway, but they grip so tightly you don't really need a key.

Thanks for all the replies so far, the taperlock solution is probably the one I'll opt for. It seems a particularly well engineered item that fits the bill exactly. Having checked with various suppliers it seems you can purchase a 63mm pulley to go on the taper lock, which is just about the size I need as well.

No chance of changing the pully for a timing pulley?
This is the thing about V pulleys they're expensive and sometimes odd sizes in relation to bore requirements

This is the beauty of owning a lathe because turning a V pulley is simple.
