They're for dc by the looks of the advert, isn't lovo 25v ac?These are LED and supposedly 35W equivalent.
Ah, could be.They're for dc by the looks of the advert, isn't lovo 25v ac?
Yes I sourced 12-24v..I think they were AC as well as DC, bayonet, will post details this eveningHas anyone a source of 25 Volt lamps for the low voltage machine lamps. The ones I need have a standard bayonet fitting. Ideally as high a wattage as possible. My searches all end up with 25 Watt, 230 Volts!
Low voltage is 1000vac/ 1500vdc
SELV is less than 50vac
You need wattage and voltage
Bridge rectifier and electrolytic capacitor and away to go. Overvoltage might be an issue though, but worth a try. They're for dc by the looks of the advert, isn't lovo 25v ac?
Thanks for the link. There's me thinking they would be about £3 each! Suppose limited market.

Assuming the AC supply is 24V RMS, full wave bridge rectified and smoothed will be about 24√2 - 2*0.6Bridge rectifier and electrolytic capacitor and away to go. Overvoltage might be an issue though, but worth a try.
