The class of tool is called a 'finger sander' or 'filing sander'. I do not think they come in 20mm width. There are many available, from cheap to expensive. I have a Makita 9032 and it is good, but I would buy the cordless one if I needed one today (https://makitauk.com/products/filing-sander)
Air ones are common enough in 20mm,
Might be 19mm or what the Americans call 7/8".
20x530 might also be a common size as I seem to have a lot of belts that size for some reason.
I was looking for a cordless one a while ago but couldn't find anything over 13mm so I made my own 30x550 from an angle grinder.
They do need a decent amount of power for the wider sizes so if going cordless make sure it's a decent machine and you have (or budget for) a couple of high amp high a/h batterys for it as well
