1988 BMW E28 sill patch/replacement

Hi guys

Been asked to do a sill repair on above said car. This is for a lad at work and will be done at my house.
The question is has anybody done one of these and how long did it take.
Also what sort of rate should I be charging since its my elec gas consumables etc

Got any pictures of the damage?

I normally charge an hourly rate which suits me, If the other party isn't happy with the cost. Then I let them go elsewhere!

My time is valuable, So it has to pay is my thoughts

Unfortunately no pics as I went to look in person but left my phone at work like a moron.

Patches, minimum £50 just to get welder out.
Then approx £25/hour over that
