17th edition question

I finally got round to upgrading my wireing regs to 17th edition amendment 1 this week, I passed by a long way but I got 1 question that for the life of me I couldn't find the answer to. Now it's torturing me wanting to know the answer, like that song stuck in your head you just can't put a name too.

The question:

A thermally protected ballast on a flamable surface should be witch of the following:

A) class A

B) Class I

C) class p

D) class II

I went class II but that was just an educated guess, could any one enlighten me?

C is my guess as P is used on the logo for flammable surface fitting if memory serves

Only got 2011 (amendment 1) what colour was amendment 2? only changes I knew about was a section on electric vehicle charging.

Current is green. Amendment 1 was more or less typo and spelling corrections (with one must and mustn't change) if you bung me your email I can send you a copy of consultation document Monday
