Will your plasma cutter run on 110Volt and what's the input current required?, this info should be on the data plate normally on the rear.
AC220(single phase) output voltage is 110 Volt

thats the voltage not the current draw its probably 16 amp if its blowing 13 amp fuses . if thats the case a dedicated supply is required not just the adaptor lead or a 110 plug

Might be getting a bit confused, what's the input current of the plasma cutter?
Pretty much all been said, another way of looking at it is (forgetting about the compatability of the plasma with 110V input for the minute)...
If the 110V transformer is plugged into a 13A socket you'll still have the same problems- a 13A plug isn't man enough. That's why it came with a blue commando plug fitted.

Forget it, you're not understanding those figures you posted.
Your plasma runs on 230V, not 110. The 110V you've mentioned is the OUTPUT voltage of the plasma, i.e. the voltage at the torch tip.
It's nothing to do with what goes in at the mains cable.
As Piman says, you need a much bigger supply than a standard 13A socket so you'll need to get a sparky to install one.

Simple, you need a 16a supply,
I had a 16a supply put in that my 200amp tig is always plugged into,
Also have a 40a plasma that has a 16a plug on it but have an adaptor lead to a 3pin 13a plug,
If i ever run the plasma over 25-30 amps i plug it into the 16a supply as i know it will pop the 13a fuse.

A mate of mine who's an electrician put the new supply in my garage complete with a fat armoured cable ran back to the house fuse board,
His simply used one of spare outlets wired only for the 16a supply,
The cost? He's good mate so wouldnt take payment so i made him a set of railings for his driveway.
