Yea, that is why I asked on here, because I didn't know about Ks or lumins. I thought probably a 20 watt would be about right for replacing the old 150w but it would be a mistake to buy if I was wrong and this is a great place to get answers for that kinda question. Thanks all.

A quick search tells me a 20w LED is about 125w in a GLS lamp a 20w LED lamp is still a bright light however.

You will see a difference if you are use to the light a 150w GLS gives compared to a 20w LED, whether it makes much difference, is for you to judge.

Also as has been mentioned by others, not all brands of LEDs are the same or equal in quality, something to watchout for and something you will have to test and try.

But once you find a brand/quality, a LED lamp that works for you, stick to it, not always easy, so buy a spare and don't misplace it.

You can but as far as I'm aware they don't comply to any standard. An ES screw has a required polarity so the screw body isn't connected to the live (is always neutral) to protect the fingers when screwing into a switched on fitting. Stick the adapter in a bayonet fitting and there is no way of controlling that.
