No condense the problem you had in a few short sentences here please.
Two incidents -
1)
Something just happened to an order for a custom part (gas ram). It seemed the order just got put aside, or they didn't have the parts or something. Promises that it would ship repeatedly. Talk of being called back etc. Irritatingly it was part of a larger order and it was all just being held on some small item. I think at one point they even told me it had shipped when really it handnt at all...
This wasn't bad enough to put me off but was poor.
2)
eBay Milwaukee M18. Intermittent fault. They want a video... Fair enough. Then it comes to the 4 day response time for every mail....
Have you ever needed to mail PayPal?
If you have you'll be familiar with the responses that make it 100% clear that the person responding hasnt actually even read your mail.
I tried the phone...
I got the whole "we will test it and if it's not broken..." (this was an intermittent fault that I'd already sent them video proof of)
This was started the same day as the tool arrived.
Ironically initially all I was wanting was an exchange for a working tool. I didn't want a refund...
In the end I just went though eBay and got my money back.
