All I've just brought a clarke 145 turbo
My question is regarding the power outputs There's 4 settings but no info in the manual about what power each setting kicks out any ideas.

According to machine mart catalogue, min 35a max135a, duty cycle 81a @ 60%. It doesn't say what the mid point settings are, but if you put a multimeter between the tip & earth & measure the open circuit voltage of all 4, you should be able to make a fair guess as too what the mid settings are. Don't get too het up about it though, you really don't need to know. In reality, if it's too cold & won't weld, turn it up, if it's too hot & burns through, turn it down. Not a very technical answer, but I hope it helps.
