1/4" Torque Wrench up to 20Nm; Norbar - alternatives?

@Shox Dr I had Pace RC40's for a few years - bought them with the Cotic frame in a deal that Cy at Cotic was doing. They locked down to a shorter travel if I recall?

I still maintain that they were amongst the most aesthetic forks I've ever had... here's them working well just before I fell off on a 'mini Enduro' at Kielder in '06!
