04 mitsubishi canter diesel problem

I have an 04 mitsubishi canter 3.0 diesel. Recently I replaced the fuel filter. Filed the filter with diesel as per usual. Problem being I can not get diesel from the tank to the filter via the lift pump/primer. I have tried everything. My guess is the lift pump is at fault.

I’d agree with that.

If it’s a 12v one you should feel / hear it working. I can’t remember what the lift pump is on them. I’m sure it’s electric.

Possibly the lift pipe and or filter in the tank?
