Plenty of various plastic Sheets used in the sign industry apart from the obvious perspex which would be to brittle and present a razor sharp edge if broken, polycarbonate won't break and fairly flexible , but would suggest a material called foamex, soft edge will bend easy, l can probably find...
Good luck with that, are you spraying or rolling ?
Looking at the bulkhead l assume the gearbox is one side and the engine the other sandwiching the bulkhead to mount the the engine ? Back when I followed f1 it was done on the exhaust bolts on each head if I remember correctly and there's no...
ok ive answered my own question, good old Wikipedia, the petrol V8 in a disco 3 was a ford derived 4.4 lt engine, i dont have one of them so i cant use one so the only question that remains is will a disco 3 transferbox bolt up to a p38 gearbox
so for the landrover boffins out there if i wanted to keep it 4wd is there an disco 3 transfer box that would bolt up to the zf autobox that would be in a p38 RR, i assume disco 3's did come with a V8 petrol, if so which engine l guess it wasent the rover V8 as in classic and P38 ?
i have this...

i could cut the centre section out of the chassis out and drop in down 6" but im not sure i like that idea , or it look like the body will slide down over the chassis so as...
right where we at then, well the vitara based one is working out ok and i think it will all be fine and dandy
ive cut 6" out of the wheelbase of the body to get the wheels in the middle of the arches, front still needs to go down a bit to close the wheel arch gap up a bit,
ive got the body...
ive been working on the vitara version today, cut 6" out of one side and 5" out the other to get it the right wheelbase as to fit on the vitara chassis  anyway it seems to fit on ok might try and glass it back up tomorrow
ive attached a bit of 40 x 40 box across the strut towers to...
i was looking for something on my laptop and stumbled across these, my pop body shell and ford V8 for motivation
