Just buy another pulley this one seems to have lasted a fair while.
Measure the shaft and OD, the pulley just needs to be close in size no need to overthink it.

These are good but require gas.
My last job would send you 4hrs for a side light. The description from controller would likely be vehicle vor it's blown up and Milton Keynes no longer exists

Is the bed harderened or soft?
Matched parallels and level will get you close if not there.
Then there is spindle alignment, the more you think about it the more this gets involved.
