Have not a clue. But when I do go into a town, I prefer to park on the pavement, rather than take up a "car" parking space. So long as there is space.

I don't believe there is any pump petrol in this country that is ethanol free now. its either 5% or 10% Shell were the last about 4yrs ago.
Even then it was down the Forecourt Manager to decide wether ethanol was added or not.
I think the vinegar and salt has removed a slight amount of the Zinc, leaving a layer of copper. A bit like electro polishing Stainless steel.
If left in fresh air the copper will oxidise
Ive used ours a few times. Make sure you get as much off as possible. The smell of oil and especially diesel will give the game away. In a few cycles its gone
