Tracksaw and bandsaw for me, just sold my table saw to make space, if I do get another it will be a small contractor type I can put on a shelf but I don’t think I’d use it much since getting the track saw. More setup time for the tracksaw though (assuming your table saw is static and ready to go).
I’m not saying it would happen to you (there must be good installers around if @Kayos has done them), but when my Grandmother had one a few years back on the scheme it was a real cowboy installation - it stank of ‘throw it in as quickly and cheaply as possible and run’.

The sledgehammer-thick head mauls don’t seem to like anything slightly ‘difficult’, a splitting axe like this (random Google hit) which you can get really sharp will eat anything. My wetterlings is amazing but they don’t make them anymore.
