I printed this in two halves. Sliced in prusa slicer and split in two with dowel connectors. Glued together with Ob1. Over all about 18 hours print time in total. 8mm thick with 5 walls.
After a few revisions, my 3d printed leaf collector shoot works. Leafs must be pretty dry or this get blocked. Nevertheless it work just need to pick the right condition use it etc.

So this is the result me rooting at Fusion360 for a month on and off. Leaf shoot collector for my ride on. So far just mocked up in PLA. I have ABS waiting for the final version that should hopefully this week. Obviously a pipe will be connected to a collection bin on the rearr
Oh how things change...so I upgraded, if you could call it that, to a more comfortable way to use this setup. Hard wired the setup above into my ride on. So now it gets 12v as opposed to 6v. Switch fitted the dash of my ride on to switch the 12v pump on and off. Really happy with this. Just need...
It's been awhile since I posted on the forums. I picked up this Flashforge Adventurer 3 printer at a local auction for £137 smackers. It has 259 hours on it so not much really. Prints good, using Amazon BASICS PLA to get started. So far so good.
It's actually very stable surprisingly, the added weights will be enough for what work I'll be doing on it. The jaw end is actually set back a bit as it was very front heavy, so I set it back to distribute the weight etc. I had a third disc and I was going to use it on the base as a triangle...
Not so much fixed today but what I maintained. Using my Lidl electric hoist for the first time lifting the ride on for blade inspection and sharpening. My own made heavy duty axle stands for support. Works well.
