Can't say who they are as I don't want to look like I'm promoting.
I want to learn mig welding and just found an academy in Chester that specialises in welding training and certification.
Has anyone used the services of a company like this?
I suffer with terrible depression and am desperate to...
Hiya mate.
It's all in the conservatory.
I repaired a little break on a couple of the welds. The rest seem solid.
Here are a few pics of the welds you asked for.
See what you think mate.
Cheers
P.s it looks awesome. Shame to cover it with cushions as the design is lovely.
I have to admit. I absolutely love metal sculpture. Something about it draws me in and these pieces looked like they belong in a castle let alone a house. I have seen lots of mass produced furniture. It's usually very light hollow metal but this set is more solid than you can ever imagine. The...
I agree mate.
Me and the missus fell in love with it. The quality is unbelievable and the weight. Put it this way, it took two men just to lift the coffee table.
Most furniture produced today is hollow metal. This is solid through and through. Thanks for your info.
Possibly but having searched the internet for several days I cannot find anything even remotely similar so you would presume if it was mass produced there would be slot about. When you look at the junk that is being sold today and the prices asked it's shocking.
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, it may well be I agree.
Absolutely stunning set though and I would presume it would cost an absolute fortune to reproduce.
There's a two piece couch, coffee table, side table and single seat.
The weight is unreal. There is no boxing- all solid metal so you can imagine...
Great attitude.
Most people are obsessed by speed.
Hopefully, one day all cars will have limiters.
If you look at the sums between 60 and 90 it means you have to drive at 90mph for an hour to gain just thirty miles above the guy doing 60.
You use lots more fuel too especially in a van...
I would send the prototype to Downing Street. I reckon they would have you building these to replace cars.
I reckon I could cross London on one of these in a fraction of the time it would take in the car.
Well done, you are very multi skilled to pull that off!
Hello. Hope someone can help me here. I picked up a set of bespoke metal furniture at auction. It needed a little restoration, which I have done but I would love to know if anyone recognises the workmanship of who may have made it.
Only have a couple pics but will have more soon.
Just looked at that- awesome, despite the moaners who complain it’s a waste of money. Paying MPs is a waste of money but no one complains about that :)
I feel for you.
I suffer the most severe migraine.
I was hit by a double decker bus when I was 15 years old in Liverpool.
Had a huge headache for days after but I was truant so I ran off, terrified to report it- forty years later I still get them.
Taking injections twice a week- sometimes the...
Sorry for the late reply back....had the worse pain ever with a mouth abscess and root canal. I could of purchased the latest mig welder with the money I had to pay the dentist :( but when your in that much pain you would be happy signing your life away.

Love Prestatyn and Talacre.
First went there with a group of work mates many years ago when I was 16.
Still going back there 35 years later....
The toilets are brill.
It’s given me an idea for the garage.
We have a local pub on the corner of the road. The landlord is a huge guy, six foot six and...
Just got back from Talacre in a North Wales.
We visited a pub where I had to visit the gents toilets.
This toilet has actually won an award.
I just had to take a picture. The entire toilet is made from pub bits and pieces including beer barrels, stop cocks and gas isolators.
Total ingenuity...
