These are the files I've collected for the 180MX, they may be of use. If you look at the second page of the PCB attachement, T3 (a BDV64D is used to short the motor and bring it to a dead stop quickly, this may be the one you've found.
Last night I was machining glass DRO scales :o.
I bought a Heidenhain DRO set for my mill last year, and have just got around to shortening one of the scales to fit the Y axis. It was pretty nerve racking and I wasn't convinced that it wouldn't explode. But I machined a window in the...
What I find odd is that paddle switch grinders are a big thing over there, for (perceived at least) safety reasons, but then they ditch the guard.......
A couple of my mates use their grinders guardless, and I've made it very clear that they're putting themselves at risk. Doesn't make you...
If that's the right diagram, someone has messed around with that wiring. The white sheathed motor to potentiometer box is non original. The white wire from the electronics is going to the pot, not the motor and the orange wire is going to the motor not the pot.
I don't know if you have this...
The vice I bought new recently (Garant - so decent stuff) acyually came with four very chunky lag screws. I'll probably bolt it down as it will be onto a thinner top with a steel frame rather than a super thick wooden bench, but the manufacturers are obviously okay with screws!
You mention Nylon pipe, so I think you know the difference, but in case someone finds this thread in the future, I'm just going to check. You mean JG air fittings not speedfit water, yes? They are different, and I'm not sure how safe the water couplings would be.
