Hi,
my friend bought a used LINCOLN SPEEDTEC 200C.
The machine works, but it cannot increase the wire speed more than 8m/min and it cannot increase the thickness of the material more than 2.0 mm in the synergic mode at a wire thickness of 0.8 mm.
In MMA mode, it can set a maximum of only 80A...
I took a picture of that machine two years ago, and I don't know how it looks now.
I think it's still in my place, unfortunately I don't have the owner's phone anymore.
When I took a picture of him, it looked like as eddie49 said it spend it's life in a museum, inside a glass case.
Probably not...
Eddie49 is right.
The scheme is correct, and mine is also correct in post no. 6.
It would be good to delete my previous two posts no.7 and no.9, since they are incorrect, so as not to confuse anyone.
Sorry for my mistake.
I believe it is a Chinese welder that shows the state of both voltage and current only during while the machine is welding. Someone else has to look at the situation on the displays while welding ...
It would not be the first time that the manufacturer made a mistake.
I think you are right how you set the switch layout, because as in the original diagram there is no closed circuit and the device would not work ...
My friend has a device with such a PCB.
That big relay made a problem, it sparkled and clicked a lot, but it didn't connect the contacts.
The capacitor next to the relay was also damaged.
Hello Everyone!
Some time ago I bought a used OERLIKON CITOARC 3500i. The machine works great.
I would like to connect a remote control or TIG pedal to it, but I can't find a diagram of how to connect it anywhere.
In the manual I found a diagram where you can see which pins are connected to...
