Hi Pete,
Did you try the things I suggested when we spoke the other week?
You’re welcome to bring the machine by to Cannock and we can check everything over together. 99.9999% sure there won’t be anything wrong with the machine in the absence of an error code
Hey guys.
I’m so sorry I didn’t have as much time as I’d of liked to spend with you i was working on the CoBot stand and it was pretty manic till around mid afternoon.
Thank you so much for making the effort to visit and I hope you felt it worthwhile.
Sorry, forgot to add that K-TIG will also be there as an Exhibitor, they developed a special Key Hole Tig process, which can weld incredibly thick wall pipes with very narrow gaps in one pass. They will also have live welding at the event :welder:
Hey Everyone,
Hope you’re all keeping well.
Just a heads up to inform you of an upcoming event which you may find interesting. Lorch will be hosting an open day/mini exhibition at the Magna Science Park, Rotherham on the 5th July, between 10am-4pm. (Sat Nav Post code S60 1DX)
Lorch...
Is the machine told it’s using 1.0mm Tungsten on the tungsten Dia setting?
3a is the minimum for the machine, so it should be able to maintain that, sound like as Brad said, the foot pedal is telling it to stop.
Perhaps you could try by not using the foot switch and just use the manual torch...
There will be a Mobile version of both machines later this year in Sept. I have already seen the design for the housing but it’s not yet final so I can’t share any images.
However the HMI in the mobile version will be different (unique to Lorch) and will be shared with our new flagship Pulse...
Hi Guys,
This is a replacement for the M-Pro and M Series Transformer based machines originally in consideration to the EU eco design legislation. The Transformer based machines is-was a incredibly important market for Lorch across certain European countries so it was critical that they had a...
Set up looks all good. Something drastically wrong somewhere.
If it wasn’t for the lack of an error code I’d of said it looks like your missing a phase but the machine would recognise this.
You can check everything is good on the inverter side by swapping over to MMA and burning a few...
Thanks to everyone who took time to reply.
Usually (or so my wife says) I order the biggest of everything for the house  if there is a space that is maximum 2 x 2 I’ll buy something that is 2.01 x2.01 and try and shoe horn it in.
Well this time I got over ruled. :doh...
Really great website.
Originally I was planning on some sort of permanent Garden room/Bar at the Bottom of the garden, I already have a UPVC French Door and 3 pane window left over from the Orangery which we converted last year.
Put some rough dimensions into the website and it was coming up...
Just had a look at them, I never knew such a thing existed. :o
Just priced it up, would be about £2100 for a 3m inc VAT and Delivery, which would be similar to a premium metal shed. I can really see how secure they would be in comparison. Might be a little too industrial looking for the back...
Yes I did also consider the same, but its quite a way from my actual house. However even the wooden one has an Aluminium roof. It seems that from the various manufacturers the choices are either Plastic, Aluminium or Canvas.
Bet it was similar to the one I just posted a photo of as thats the only one they have in store. Do you know if they had some "after market" curtains?
Yardistry (the manufacturer for Costco) only offer Mosquito netting as an option, but id want some thicker curtains to retain some heat on the...
End result is impressive.
I am not that handy when it comes to DIY and also lack the time. But certainly something to consider. How did he source the pallets?
Never thought of that. I imagine they have gone really silly prices lately though as they seem to of become the "thing" lately, with these pop up street kitchens and modular accommodation.
Also would have to factor in a crane and transport, might be too expensive.
