It's part of my current job role maintaining plant for a flooring company and even I only check them when there's an issue. I can also tell you that the best 9" Angle Grinder is the Hikoki G23MR. It's the only one we use that doesn't die after a week.
Ideally need more of a supplier rather than ebay as it's for work. The engines are attached to generators. That run 100hours every two weeks. Where can I find an oil filter spec book?
Hi guys,
I'm looking for replacement oil filters for a Honda GX690, I'm wondering if any of you know alternative replacements that cost less than the £20 Honda part.
Honda Part Number 15400-ZJ1-004
Is there anywhere i can get the dimensions from as I don't have one to measure.
I'm also...
I'm looking at getting a tester and wondered what the differences were between a Fluke T150 and a traditional multimeter?
Why would you need a traditional type over the cheaper T150 unit?
We get it all the time, machining Stainless that we buy from Shackletons in Sheffield. You can always tell when the stock is from China. I've seen chunks of all sorts in the castings.
Tested every year since I was 16, now 31. No problems thus far but since joining my new company they have boxes of the sponge ear bud things everywhere so I wear them most days.
I've spent quite a few years in high volume machining that I didn't really enjoy, I wore earbuds but always had one in one out. Never had an issue with H&S but you don't get a chance to appreciate what you're doing. I work in a much slower machining environment now making custom one off stuff...
Sorry, Polycrystalline Diamond. It's been around for a long time but not much is said about it due to the cost. IIRC around 8 years ago carbide tips with 4 cutting faces cost around £5 each. The PCD tooling was around £70 each and only had one cutting face.
