I must admit I just fancy a go a tig welding alloy not something I need to do often but it would be nice to be able to and no need to drag the big welder nearer the power supply as it needs 32a 3 phase to run the eBay listing includes the foot pedal and at a third of the price of the next...
I know this is an older thread but I'm thinking about one of these too seems good at 322 quid on eBay with a foot pedal not done a lot of tig welding tho my other one is an old miller that weighs about 400kg
So I contacted miller they were helpful I sent photos of the machine however they then said it's not made by is it's made in Mexico and we don't know anything about it which was weird looks like a miller to me clue is the name on the front so still no wiser
There is no button on the torch currently just a foot pedal the hf function needs adjusting I think there's 2 electrodes that need gapping under a cover at the front
After a bit of research I think I will get some 2% latherated as they seem a good all round rod I was going to get some off Ali express 13quid plus vat for 20
They said it sounds like a engine serial number for a Genset I can't find anything else tho I even took it off in case there was another underneath and it was re badged
Ok so now I have power has anyone any idea how to set this thing up can't seem to find a manual emailed miller and gave them the number on the little plate on the back but they said it's not the serial were they re serialed when they were sold in the uk
