Hi, i will take a pic of that but don't think the machine have amp/volts.. I can do good weld but the problem sheeting metal.. Too thin and could find 20 gauge sheet metal around my areas.. Here another photo of the weld and does anyone here know how to fill those gap..
Where exactly can i find the data plate? What size gauge metal do car used 22 gauge right??? I fine it too thin and not matter how i try to weld it keep blowing and not enough penetrating sometimes. Probably would have to go to special metal shop to find 20 gauge..
I haven't got a clear photo of it as yet, but there isn't much to adjust machine. If you look carefully you see the different types of steel gauge, setting, and heat. For example if I'm going to weld 22 gauge then i should set the machine at speed 3 and heat setting min 1 depend on the wire sizes..
Thanks for the reply.. RIght now I'm using the master Craft mig/flux core and i know it not the best but this what i have right now. I have gas for the mig welding.. I set my welder machine at speed 3 lower amperage.. I'm using 0.030 wiring and i was wondering if that too big.. YOu saying that...
