I'm just wondering how much one could cram in to two days. I spent 12months at the local TAFE college 3 nights a week doing a TIG course. Mind you, that had a bit of theory in it as well.
Two days might be enough to learn the do's and the don'ts and how to get started and practice on from there.
Folks,
I too want to learn TIG. I have bought Ron Covell's TIG Welding Basics DVD. I'd suggest you'll learn more from this DVD than you'd learn on a two day course. My query is, if you can't afford a Miller, what is a good forgiving DC set for a novice? I'm tempted by Weldequip's IFL machines.
