I'm thinking of changing jobs and just sort of seeing whats about at the moment, i'd like to get into welder/fabricator type career. i'm not time served but have done my C&G level 2 and am currently doing my level 3. Also done a few codings in Tig and looking to do some in Mig. I have confidence in my welding should that be put to the test but all the jobs i've seen say "need to be able to work from drawings" or something similiar.
Is there anywhere i can learn about these online or does any body have any examples i can look at to see if i can get my head round them. I'm guessing the basics will be this side is this length, that part is that wide etc etc but i'm just trying to see what else is on them. I've looked at a few where i'm doing my welding course but wanted to know if its an industry standard thing or if thats just hows theirs are, sounds bit confusing after re reading all that but i'm sure someone will know what i mean
Any help/info apprieciated!
