To be fair, I've never sprayed celly over 2k.(why would i) cured 2k is more than stable as a substrate though. You could put an epoxy barrier coat on if you were worried but again, there's no advantage but if anyone tries to sell you Barcoat, you're at the wrong supplier. When I repair my classics, chances are they have had a refinish at some stage. These jobs have more often been done using 2k. If the paint is sound, I'll happily spray celly base straight on top. OK, it's polyester 2k base coat but it's pretty close to celly being a 1:1 mix with thinner. Never had an issue.
