I need to weld a tank bar into a scooter frame.
Ideally I'd like to do this in one continuous run (after tacking), but I'm wondering whether this could cause too much heat build up in the tube when I get maybe 1/2 or 3/4 of the way round and result in blowing holes.
Should I be doing this in 1/4 sections?
I would like it to look neat.
Is there anything I can do to reduce the heat build up? Increase the gas flow for example?
Any advice gratefully accepted
Jim
