yup duck oils good just got a couple of gallons was only 15 quid each would be rude not to buy it at that price . suppose im lucky I have bead blasting gear so anything a bit suntanned gets the treatment 1st everything ends up being like satin chromeDuck oil’s the one I use.

I use ACF 50 as a final coat. I should have mentioned in the original post that I use the WD40 to displace the moisture from the tools after they have been washed after being in the acid bath. I get through a lot of WD40 so ACF 50 would be an expensive alternative...

you dont need to use much , just a dusting like hair spray mist is plenty ,, but yes , its expensive ,,,, but so is a box full of snap on or the likes.It's damn expensive so it needs to be good.
