My bosch 18v grinder has finally given up.
I could just replace the motor for £65 or I could get one of the newer more powerful ones...
Has anybody used one with the paddle switch rather than the slide switch?
99% of my use is pick up the grinder - grind for 30 seconds - put it down - change workpiece - repeat 3 times.
Paddle switch would make sense for me unless anybody has anything negitive to say about them?
My main question is does the paddle switch have a fiddly safety interlock on or can I just pick it up and pull the trigger?
On the same note, can I stick it loose in a tray in the van and not worry about it cutting it's way out when I go over speed bumps?
