Well i didnt coz the chrome will enlarge the whole pin you then ream the whole lot chromeing doesnt affect the structure of the pin either coz its cold process.Several people seem to have totally missed the part where Morrisman states “the kingpins are loose in the axle ?

Spoke to a machinist mate about this and he says he does all his kingpin reaming by setting parts up on his lathe cross slide and line boring, did I mention he's a clever sort of chap?
I use this for transit kingpin bushes on the stockcar,It looks far too big unfortunately, I think these pins are 3/4” or just a bit bigger. Thanks though.
