Ill post again with it reworded
What really get on my …. is when a company youve bought a product from cant cant go that little extra to sort out a problem or makes it difficult to to get a problem solved.
Im talking about Silverline tools, had to go past there head offices today (the place where one posts faulty good to in Yeovil) to pick up the angle plate, so hey I thought great Ive got one of Silverlines air shears and there air nibbler. Well they have never worked since buying them as the cutters are out of alignment and the nibbler wont nibble I only remember them when I did the new guarantee on the verniers I have just bought. So last night I printed out the returns slips as the silverline website wouldn't let me submit it online printed out my warranty paperwork all bagged up ready for todays visit thinking drop it off save on postage and time brill. No thats to easy, I arrive at silverline tools and speak to someone, only to be told sorry cant take it it has to be posted, sorry its company policy, I did say what a lot of ……….. not allowed to print sorry
Glad I never made a special trip, there was a few expletive words back in the truck, bigger the company the less grateful they are.
I wouldnt have bothered given the cost of it but now I am going to post it back to um to fix
Cheers I feel better now
