Resurrecting this again as it's been back with a vengeance lately!
Hardware changes:
Different monitor.
Brand new Virgin Media router fitted Friday.
What I've tried:
disabling the adapter power management
resetting the network adapter (many, many times)
ipconfig /flushdns
^ /registerdns
^ /release
^ /renew
netsh int ip reset
windows system file checker
it's properly driving me mad, no other device is affected at all, it's only happening on my desktop PC, even after a PCI wi-fi card swap.
My laptop, wife's laptop, ipad, my phone, her phone, Amazon Echo, Denon AVR, Amazon Firestick are all fine.
