Thought of something else for you, rechargeable led floodlight like the picture below, the only problem with them is you get no warning of the battery getting low, it just goes off on you.

Now have 2 for that very reason, they stand up to lots of abuse, mine has been bounced around the garage quite a few times, dropped down the pit and they just keep on going

Just looked at that on ebay, 4000 Lumen, I don't believe that for a second, you might get 400 to 700 lumens depending on colour temperature for a while, but only 1 battery won't drive that for very long.

A fresh Duracell AA gave a good light when new, but they're fading a bit now - still enough to navigate your way to a light switch or door. [although they've not been used much, admittedly]

Which is why I've ordered the rechargeable, high capacity ones in my 2nd link.

Pi3 - just got mine, running kodi.
I also bought a pi1 when they were first announced - waited about 6 months for delivery. never unboxed it!
