Well we went back to work after the summer break, to find the pump on one of the fryers not working why wasnt it working a mouse had decided to die wedged on the pins in the back of the fryer creating a short thus blowing the fuse. pic to follow

Thats interesting and confirms something .. years ago tried electrocuting mice in a shed ( where more traditional vermin control wasnt possible ) and they just ran over the grid with no ill effect, always thought it was their feet that were too leathery and hence insulated. Either more volts or making sure they were wet first would have been the answer.

The mouse must have died there because the power to them was off I think anyway I may be wrong!

I saw one smouldering in the back of a cooker. its bum was on the live terminal and its mouth on the metal casing it stunk

We had one fry inside a metalclad 3 phase isolator, never really did find out how it got in there, the only route was a long trek through the conduit, didn't half stink when I opened up the box.

Had a friend who was not to house proud he for some unknown reason decides to clean out toaster you know the little tray for crumbs out came a desiccate corpse cleans tray, well emptied it anyhow, pushes back in & proceeds to make toast, used to have egg on toast with him quite often.

u need some ceramic flap discs spinny first to take the skin of its feel

there's a mouse living in the railway wall along near our house . it runs across the patio up the patio wall then climbs on to the Christmas tree and up the trunk across the branch and on to the bird feeder fortunately for it it don't go in the shed or the cavity in house as its all baited up see it regular

He/she lives under the Wendy house. it has a chunk mussing from the ear. So can be spotted.

it is tame enough to take a pea nut from my fingers, when it is on the wood shed roof.

u need some ceramic flap discs spinny first to take the skin of its feel

make it run through a water bath first .. or stick one of my 6Kv feeds on it :-)

If it didn't touch anything other than the grid there was no circuit made so no current flows. Bit like the birds on the power lines.
