ebay sabre saw blades

I got some of these blades for butchering pallets 191817655244 and they cut like a hot knife through butter, I can demolish a heavy weight pallet in 6 mins flat. All bits to fit in a Morso Squirrel stove. They are half the price of other value brands like Erbauer. ( screwfix)

Not nail proof though, you have to be carefull or get nail proof blades which cut much slower.

I'm burning two pallets a day, every day !

We get through a fair amount of pallets as well, I tend to pull them apart with a pallet breaking bar and then run the bits over a table saw.

I used to do them on my 300 mm table saw too, but hitting a nail with the sabre saw blade only costs a pound, and you get to keep all your fingers. I would cry if I hit a nail with a table saw blade.

I butchered entire oak kitchens, and a load of mahogany flooring on that table saw, plus rafters, fence posts , decking. once the local builders got to know where i was they turned up with van fulls of waste timber they would have had to pay to dump at the tip.

They are ground like original the Swiss Army Knife saw blade, each tooth cuts on the fore and aft stroke effectively extending the blade and stroke length. Nice blades.

I don't think its wise to use a chainsaw on pallets, it is too fiddly work, and nothing substantial for the saw to bite into, the danger of accident is doubled or tripled in comparison to logs.

Just my opinion. I would use my Sthil MS200t mini saw if I had nothing else though. But not the big Husky.

The sabre saw is low effort and very safe, quiet, and easy work. I can do a cubic metre of diced pallets in a mornings work. .

There's one of those round my way, the council use it to destroy all the furniture they get from council houses. Quite a waste of good stuff . Though the kind of people in those houses don't appreciate upcycling, just waste their or the councils money on Argos tat furniture.

i need a few more 35mm Heavy Metal Blade but they are £12 a go and dont last long good for getting u out of the poo

I tried silver soldering a piece of hss hacksaw blade to a worn blade for the multitool but it didn't cut very well was worth a try though

good idea the ones from saxton look spot welded anyway, maybe ill try drilling a hacksaw blade and tack welding it on, or riviting it
