I've used kurust for years and always de-scale steel, grind, and dress up the metal very well but I do have my doubts at times of rusting.
I'm on with a 2004 discovery chassis at the moment that's well paggered and as much as I've prepped and coated the structure I get a very fine coating of moisture which seems to be drawn out of the rust, this is after its had three good coatings of kurust with good drying times between and generally happens over night when I carry on the next day. It worries me to think that sometimes I think it speeds up the rotting process and works the other way. Has anyone had similar situations?
