Yeah that was my next port of call. I need to buy a new cable for my external drive IIf you can get the hard drive into a working PC you can probably read the product key from it, using a free tool called "ProduKey".

As it's micro usb 3 and I don't think I have one as I have mislaid the original. Lol



But ironically thats the one key that works and I can add or delete additional monitors and projectors. so thats why it got me stumped....annoyed more than anything.
