Good scissors and cheap scissors are like night and day...a barber can spend upto £600 for a good pair of hair scissors...so theres the diference in quality

Look on ebay for the very old scissors......chances are they're made in sheffield.

In our industry we are flooded with male and female apprentices.I am that old guy that is 63 years old and I take it a pleasure to pass on my skills to these up to date computer wiz kids.I can remember when I was a spotty apprentice and I was introduced to a guy that was my age now and I thought"look at that old fart".Now I am that old fart

i agree totaly. the quicket ive got rid was 4 hours and that was 3hours too long out of 7 lads only 3 have done well and got good jobs

Our problem is trying to stop them using their mobile phones. I am all for helping the youngsters but all of a sudden, ring ,ring bloody ring.Ahhhhhh

Scissors to post number 7 ? All our 'assistant managers' (secretaries) on training with us, just don't have any manners, and you leave your phone in your handbag out back. Common sense not so common nowadays. Scissors, neh, angle grinder.

I bought a pair of cheap scissors from eBay and they are razor sharp. My wife won't let me use her Singer sewing scissors which she has had forever.
