The tester that's right is the one that does it by the book! No deviation at all from the actual testing rules laid down by VOSA. Certain vehicles are exempt from certain tests ie old cars with cats, seat belts etc but a good tester will know this and again test those vehicles to the VOSA standard.the trouble is if you took your car to 5 diffrent testers u may get diffrent results from them .getting tests done on wiring by nic eic inspectors once a year is the same ,some will pass things some wont and criticise and pick up on petty thingswho is right




who is right
quite personaly i do what i think is right in testing things out in my job and im happy with .other people have diffrent opinions thats there choice .if testers are unsure they say its a grey aeria. in other words its a good get out if its not clear cut
