Don'tcha baby don'tcha
Are we really doing naked welder pics?
Could be worse. Are we really doing naked welder pics?
I think this was the point ^^^ by having close up pics of the guts of different units on the thread it can help more experienced people to show less experienced people spot certain parts that could be causing issues. I don't think it's a bad idea I see a lot of posts with folk asking about problems in machines. It's just a point of referenceHopefully people will put up picks of their own welders, rtech, esab, lincoln everything.it might answer a few questions
Good, cos I don't want anyone measuring my cork. (I'm presuming that's what you meant)http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/can-anybody-fix-a-castotig-2002.53916/
Take this for example if this guy wanted to diagnose the fault on his fathers machine but couldn't get to it to take his own pic. If he posted the symptoms of the problem someone like Jim could use the pic I have posted of my machine to point him in the right direction. It's not about c##k measuring it's about making and using resources to help out people with problems.
Itll show people that they arent paying money for name alone.salesmen spare the truth a lot,and would lead you to believe anything. So the gist of it is that something costing 500 quid isn't as well made as something costing 2 grand. Groundbreaking stuff, there.
That is what I meant. I'm not interested in playing games of my dads bigger than yours etc. I am however interested highly in getting as much from this forum as possible and if there is a thread full of close up photos of the insides of loads of machines for people's use and reference to diagnose faults and use as a buyers guide it can only be a good and informative thing.Good, cos I don't want anyone measuring my cork. (I'm presuming that's what you meant)
