I only ever seem to use metric tools, and have a stack of imperial spanners, sockets, etc.
Most will be worth little more than a couple of quid each, and, even then, it may be an age before someone wants one.
A lot wont be worth anything, and some will be worth 10-30 quid (i reckon).
Mainly its old english stuff, from snail brand, to britool, tepco etc. and then theres some german elora, gedore, and then a few vintage american bits - snap on from the 1930s and blackhawk from the same sort of time.
I have two ebay accounts - my buisiness one, which will cost me money to list on, and a personal one, which is pretty limited (i rarely use it) and, for some crazed reason, will only let me list ten items at a time.
Does anyone have any better suggestions than just listing on ebay? And for the things that are not obviously worth anything, just start them at 99p, and leave it at that? Or try and think up some price for each bit and do buy it nows?
I put a few of the snap on sockets up as it is, with high (collectors) buy it now prices, but there are very few views, let alone buyers, so ive evidently got that wrong for starters.
Basically, any advice welcomed - im after clearing it, but, id also like to get some cash for it, as then i can spend it on metric tooling that ill actually use!
