Help! Car problems this morning

I went out this morning to the car and first had difficulty opening the door then it was slugish to start, THEN I had difficulty to see out of the windscreen and the wipers won't work, eventually got all this sorted and it had difficulty driving, the wheels started spinning etc. Right, so I eventually get it moving and NOW the brakes dont seem to be working very well also there are loud warning noises coming from the passenger side, not sure what that was but ignored it, BUT that did stop as soon as I got to the wifes work place.
On the way back it was skidding all over the road and at one point went all the way round and faced the opposite direction!!!
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME, WHAT IS WRONG!!!!

Hi it could be a build up of snow and ice on the brake disc how was the car before the bad weather

That can sometimes happen this time of the year, well done for silencing the audiable warning devise.
FWIW: Cars sold in the North European market seem to have an option that dramatically reduces the effect, I think they fit the same devise to busses and trains too.

I can't take all the credit, I think it was actually the wife that fixed it she got out and slammed the passenger door unusually hard, I think it may have remade a connection somewhere?

Your car is too modern? ? ....my 1990 mk1 golf cab,started first time ,pulled like a train,brakes were no different to normal(sh**e)...hasn't got power steering,central locking ,abs,catalytic convertor to go wrong ,there's a healthy clunk to my indicator being operated ,and the wipers,and it doesn't have a ecu, or many sensors to go wrong ......and it doesn't depreciate... hope you find the problem with yours though and remove it .....

I'm allways 'looking'
But they are a bit like a old pair of slippers, comfy,warm to slip in to, but can smell a bit as they get older.

That's the problem with moderen cars. It's only the drivers side that has the "belt up" warning

It's due to the nature of white rain in this country up here in north of Cumbria we get used to it and plan to deal with it. How ever today it's nice and sunny
